This Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), constituting a part of the terms and conditions of using the website (this “Website”), governs your use of map data available in this Website (the "Data") and forms a valid and binding contract between you andIwakuni City . Please make sure to read this Terms of Use before using the Data. Once you access or start to use the Data, you shall be deemed to have agreed to this Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Ownership of Data and License Grant)
1.1 You acknowledge and agree that Zenrin Co., Ltd. and any of its licensor owns the copyright in and to the Data.
1.2 You are granted the following use rights with regard to the Data to the extent permitted as the “private use” under the copyright law of Japan and no other right or license will be granted to you under this Terms of Use:
(i)to browse the Data displayed on the Website; and
(ii)to print out any portion of the Data displayed on the Website on a paper.

Article 2 (Restriction on use)

Article 4 (Modification,Suspension or Discontinuance of Website)
4.1 For maintainance and inspection of this Website on a regular basis, Iwakuni City reserves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website.
4.2 In any of the following cases, Iwakuni City reserves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website without a prior notice to you:
(i)When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of this Website;
(ii)When operation of this Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or any other cause beyond control;
(iii)WhenIwakuni City decides that temporary interruption of this Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv)When the operation of this Website becomes impossible due to defects or errors of this Website.
4.3 Iwakuni City reserves the right to cease operation and provision of this Website at any time at Iwakuni City ’s sole discretion.

Article 5 (General Terms)
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, but without reference to its conflict of laws principles.

Article 6 (Language)
This Terms of Use shall be prepared and executed in both in Japanese and English languages. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between Japanese and English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

＜Information on damage from landslides＞
● Landslide special warning areas and landslide warning areas are designated by Yamaguchi Pref. pursuant to " Law regarding promotion of measures to　prevent landslide in landslide warning areas, etc." (called Landslide Prevention Law.) These areas are prone to cliff collapse and debris flow that threaten the lives of residents. The information on landslides is based on the result of research conducted by Yamaguchi Pref. ＜Information on flood(river flood)＞
● Flood predicted areas are designated by Yamaguchi Pref, including the predicted range and depth of inundation in the event of flooding of rivers across the prefecture due to torrential rain under predicted conditions. Flood water depths on the city's hazard map are color-coded by Iwakuni city.
Flooding of ditches is not included in the color coding. Ditches can flood when river water overflows due to excessive, prolonged rainfall.
Beware of the risk of building collapse due to other disasters such as landslides and river erosion than floods., all of which can occur simultaneously.

＜Information on storm surge＞
●The storm surge inundation estimate (maximum) shows the inundation area in an assumed worst-case scenario.
●The storm surge inundation estimate is obtained by simulating the estimated inundation situation in consideration
　of the current situation of coastal defense facilities at the time of the survey.

＜Information on tsunami＞
● Tsunami/inundation predicted area is based on the data of Nankai Trough Great Earthquake publicized in August 2012 by the Cabinet Office and detailed simulation using the topography data and designated by Yamaguchi Pref.

＜Information on earthquake＞
● Information on active faults in this site is based on predicted seismic intensities in the event of earthquake around the Iwakuni-Itsukaichi fault belt in "Predicted map of earthquake of Japan", prepared by HQ for Earthquake Research Promotion.

＜Other＞
● Due to the nature of the system, it is not appropriate to make judgement on the condition of one's own house, etc. based only on the information in "Online Iwakuni City Hazard Map". Please consult with Yamaguchi Prefecture who designates the warning areas, etc. about the "Explanation of important matters" required for real-estate transaction, etc.

第１条（データの著作権及び使用許諾）
１．データの著作権は株式会社ゼンリン又はこれに権利を許諾する第三者に帰属します。
２．岩国市は、利用者に対して、著作権法に定める私的使用の範囲内で、データについて以下の権利を許諾します。なお、利用者はデータについて、これら以外のいかなる権利も取得するものではありません。
(1)本サイト上で表示されたデータをWebブラウザで閲覧すること。
(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。

第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。
(1)前条で明示的に許諾される場合を除き、方法の如何を問わず、データの全部又は一部を複製（印刷を含む。）、転記、抽出、加工、改変、翻案、送信その他の利用をしないこと。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．岩国市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．岩国市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 岩国市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．岩国市は、岩国市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。

第５条（一般条件）
利用規約は、日本の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとしますが、法の抵触に関する原則を参照するものではありません。

第６条（言語）
この利用規約は、日本語と英語で作成および実行されるものとします。
日本語版と英語版の間に不一致がある場合、日本語版が優先されます。

※大雨に関するマップに＜洪水（河川氾濫）に関する情報＞、＜土砂災害に関する情報＞、＜高潮に関する情報＞を表示しています。
※一つの災害のみならず、他の災害も同時に発生する可能性があります。いざという時に適切に避難が出来るよう、平時から他の災害の情報も確認
しましょう。

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として山口県が指定する区域です。本サイトのがけ崩れ危険箇所、地すべり危険箇所、山地災害危険箇所は、がけ崩れや地すべり、山腹崩壊の危険性がある箇所として山口県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」等で詳細な情報が必要な場合は、山口県岩国土木建築事務所維持管理課（0827-29-1542）へご確認ください。

＜洪水（河川氾濫）に関する情報＞
●浸水想定区域は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを山口県が指定した区域です。
尚、本サイトで表示している浸水深ついては岩国市が独自に着色しています。
●本サイトでは、溝や水路からあふれた内水による浸水は示していません。着色されていない区域でも，河川増水等により浸水する恐れがありますので注意が必要です。
●大雨が降った場合には、洪水以外にも土砂災害や河川浸食による家屋倒壊などの災害が同時に発生する恐れがありますので注意が必要です。

＜高潮に関する情報＞
●高潮浸水想定（最大）は、想定される悪条件下での浸水範囲を示したものです。
●高潮浸水想定は、調査時点の海岸防御施設の現状を勘案し、想定される浸水の状況をシミュレーションにより求めたものです。

＜津波に関する情報＞
●津波浸水想定区域は、内閣府が平成24年８月に公表した南海トラフ巨大地震のデータをもとに、地形データ等を加味し詳細なシミュレーションを行い山口県が指定したものです。

＜地震に関する情報＞
●本サイトの活断層に関する情報は、国の地震調査研究推進本部により作成された「全国地震動予測地図」のうち、岩国－五日市断層帯（岩国断層区間）で地震が起きた時に断層周辺で生じる揺れの大きさを予測したものです。

＜その他＞
●システムの性質上「Web版岩国市ハザードマップ」の情報だけで、各家屋等の状況を判断することは適切ではありません。不動産の取引等の「重要事項説明」については警戒区域等を指定する山口県に詳細な内容を必ず確認してください。
