COVID-19 Task Force Iwakuni City
(1) Stay-at-home to the practical extent possible.
(2) Avoid crowded places. In particular, avoid “three “Cs.”
(3) Wash hands and practice Coughing etiquettes
※ In a closed space with poor ventilation, leave the windows on each side wide open for a few minutes every half an hour.
※ In a heavily crowded place, keep a distance of more than 2 meters between people.
※ In a close situation, avoid speaking out loud in proximity of 2m or less to each other.
(1) Avoid business trips to other prefectures.
(2) Strongly ask not to come and visit from other prefectures.
(3) Avoid holding events.
(4) Allow your employees to take a day off when having a fever.
(1) Stop going to school or work and stay-at-home.
(2) When in doubt, consult with your doctor.
※ Make it a rule to check your temperature every day.
○ When you are having symptoms of a cold or a fever of 99.5 F or greater, stop going to school or work and stay at home. If you are having a fever of 99.5F or greater for consecutive four days, call Iwakuni Health and Welfare Center.
○ If you are elderly or you have an underlying illness such as diabetes, chronic heart illness, respiratory illness (e.g., COPD) or having dialysis treatment, using immuno-suppressant or carcinostatic agent, and are having symptoms of a cold or a fever of 99.5F or greater for consecutive two days, call Iwakuni Health and Welfare Center.
※ Expectant mothers should call the center early on just in case.
○ Those with severe fatigue or respiratory distress should call the center a.s.a.p.
