Spoiled postcard (unposted or unused postcards due to wrong address or being too old to use)

They will be the monetary source to construct schools in undeveloped countries.

Location of collection boxes:

Information counter, 1st FL, City Hall, Life-long Learning Sec., General Brach Office, Sub Office and Detached Office, Education Branch Office, Chuo Community Center, Chuo Library’s information counter.

Collection period: Through Feb. 28 (Fri)

※ They are being collected throughout the year.

 

Used postage stamp

They will be a valuable monetary source to support public health and medical activities in Asian and African nations with poor health and medical services.

※ Please cut out the postmarked stamp on an envelope or a postcard by leaving a margin of about 1cm around it. (No need to peel it off)
